The Bible is a holy book.  It is holy because it is the Divinely inspired Words of God.  Jehovah used at least thirteen men to write His words, record the history of the Jewish people, share the prophecies and warnings.  You will be blessed for reading it.  It is also spoken daily out of context.  It is misquoted by preachers, pastors, elders and folks that know better.  It is quoted by demons, charlatans, false teachers and the anti-Christ.  If you don't know the context, you can be duped, fooled, hoodwinked and bamboozled. 

 

2 Timothy 2:14-16 King James Version (KJV)

14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
