Matthew 14

Romans 12:15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

Grieve with those who grieve” is a phrase from the Bible, Romans 12:15, which encourages Christians to be compassionate and share the grief of others.

Grief is a very personal and complex emotion, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. However, here are some things to keep in mind that may help you continue to do good while you are grieving:

  • Acknowledge your grief. It's important to allow yourself to feel your emotions and to grieve in your own way. Don't try to suppress your feelings or pretend that you're not hurting.
  • Be kind to yourself. Grief can be physically and emotionally exhausting, so it's important to take care of yourself. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, eating healthy foods, and exercising.
  • Connect with others. Talking to friends, family, or a therapist can help you process your grief and feel supported.
  • Find meaning in your loss. This may involve finding ways to honor the person you lost or to carry on their legacy.

• • Focus on what you can control. You may not be able to control your grief, but you can control how you respond to it. Try to focus on the things that you can do to make a difference in the world, even if they seem small.
